Far to the East, beyond the Black-crag mountains lies a land of warring Baronies & Dukedoms. This place has seen little outside trade with the lands to the west since the last King died and the royal families set about fighting over the Crown! There has been some talk in Hemlock Hamlet that a young Squire from the once proud kingdom was rescued from the clutches of a wretched goblin tribe living in the newly rediscovered Silverbeard Dwarf Hall.

The squire maintains that he and his master, Sir Gavin "The Drake Rouge"; were leading refugee peasants across the mountains to escape the tyranny of Duke Von Smeeg when they were attacked.
It is hoped that once the mountain pass is made safe for travel that more news of what is going on in the east can be discovered.
